Wine Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Ingredients
1 lb. beef (thawed)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic
1 teaspoon minced horseradish
3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon red hot sauce
1 tablespoon Sutter Home Cabernet
1/2 tablespoon Steak Seasoning
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced onion (optional)
*Blend of salt, pepper, smoked garlic, spices and seasonings
Instructions
Put thawed beef in a large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients listed above into the bowl. Using hands, blend all the ingredients into the beef until the ingredients are thouroughly blended. Split the blended beef into four 1/4 pound peices. Roll each peice into a pattie and flatten into a hamburger shape. Turn on grill and allow to warm up. Keep heat at medium. Put burgers on grill and cook until desired doneness is acheived. Put on bun and serve with desired toppings such as mayo., ketchup, mustard, relish, avocado etc..
