No Halloween party is complete without a delightfully refreshing brew that brings together your favorite guys, gals, and ghouls.
Our Sutter Home party punch embodies the spirit of the season with a blood-red mix of cranberry juice cocktail and Sutter Home Merlot. But fear not — this haunting concoction is definitely more sweet than spooky. In fact, the only thing scary about this bewitching drink…is running out of it.
Recipe Ingredients:
•1 bottle cranberry juice cocktail
•1 bottle Sutter Home Merlot
•⅓ cup bottled sweetened lime juice
•1 bottle seltzer
•Chilled lime slices for garnish
•If it disappears like a ghost, you may want to have a few extra of everything on hand so you can make up another batch.
Directions:
1. Mix cranberry juice cocktail, Sutter Home Merlot, and lime juice in a large pitcher or Halloween-themed punch bowl that holds about 5 quarts.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, stir in seltzer; garnish with lime slices.
