INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 oz. Sutter Home Rosé
- 1 oz. orange liquor
- 1 oz. tequila
- 1/2 cup lime juice, plus 2 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 4 kiwi, peeled and chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend the watermelon and sugar in a blender, and then strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Add Sutter Home Rosé, tequila, orange liquor, and 1/2 cup lime juice + lime zest, stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture among 6 popsicle molds or Dixie cups and freeze one hour.
- Rinse the blender, then blending the kiwi, cucumbers, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and 1 tablespoon tequila until smooth.
- Pour the kiwi over the watermelon layer, filling the molds to the top.
