Chicken Cobb Salad Ingredients:
- ¼ cup shaved radish
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 avocados pitted and sliced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs halved
- 6 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 cup shredded, cooked chicken
- ¼ cup red onion, finely sliced
- 1 head of Bibb or Romaine lettuce, rinsed and chopped
- Ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken Cobb Salad Directions:
In a large bowl, lay out lettuces and simply layer ingredients, topping with ranch dressing and salt & pepper.
