Wine Varietal: Peach Tea
Ingredients:
- ¼ large ripe peach
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz of Sutter Home Peach Tea Wine Cocktail
- 1 ounce Simple syrup
- ginger beer – for topping
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Muddle peach, syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail tin.
- Add, Sutter Home Peach Tea Wine cocktail and ice – shake vigorously.
- Strain into a cocktail glass over ice.
- Top with Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with peach slice and mint.
