Ginger Posey

This light and refreshing recipe features muddling ginger. Muddling releases oils, flavors & aromas that you wouldn’t normally get just by dropping the item into the cocktail.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Sutter Home Bubbly Moscato
1 oz. pineapple vodka
1 oz. blood orange soda
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. sweet & sour mix
Muddled ginger

Instructions:

Muddle ginger in the bottom of your shaker. Add ice, pineapple vodka, lime juice & sweet & sour mix. Shake until cold. Strain into a glass, add ice, top with Sutter Home Bubbly Moscato & blood orange soda. Enjoy!
