Wine Varietal: Merlot
Ingredients
- 2 cups natural orange juice
- 2 cups Sutter Home Merlot
- 1 can lemon-lime soda (ex; Sprite)
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ½ cup of rum (optional)
- ½ cup Simple Syrup
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 2 cups grapes, sliced (purple & green)
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ice
- garnish with rosemary sprig and orange slice
Assembly
- In a large pitcher layer the lemons, grapes, orange, lime, and raspberries.
- Add the orange juice, lime juice, rum (optional), simple syrup, Sutter Home Merlot and lemon-lime soda.
- Stir together.
- To serve; fill glass with ice, pour sangria into glasses. Garnish with rosemary sprig and orange slice.
