Wine Varietal: Wine Cocktails – Peach Tea
Recipe Ingredients
- 6 crisp ripe peaches, pitted and quartered
- 8 oz mozzarella pearls
- 4 oz prosciutto
- 12 basil leaves
- 12 cocktail skewers
- Honey
Recipe Instructions
- To assemble your skewers, carefully wrap peach slices with prosciutto. Then thread a prosciutto-wrapped peach slice, ball of mozzarella, and basil leaves onto skewers.
- Drizzle honey when served.
