Wine Varietal: White Zinfandel

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
1/2 c plum sauce
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c chopped green onion
1/2 c plum sauce
1/2 c alfalfa sprouts
6 Kaiser rolls, split

 

Instructions

Mix first 6 ingredients. Shape into 6 patties and place onto grill preheated to medium high. Cook about 8 minutes on each side, or until internal burger temperature registers 165 degrees on a meat thermometer. To plate, place burgers on one half of Kaiser rolls. Top with plum sauce, sprouts, and top of Kaiser roll.
